How to choose ingredients and how not to fall into monotony Many new fans of healthy vegetable juices fall into routine, using a single type of vegetable, such as kale or spinach daily, as a base. So far, to create your home-made cocktail you had to mix all the ingredients in the blender. Now, thanks to freeze dried fruit and vegetables that contain all the nutritional values ​​of your fresh forms, it's enough to mix them with water or milk using a teaspoon. Simple and fast, right? No more excuses about lack of time, work!


Spinach

Ingredients for 1 serving of smoothie:
1,5 teaspoon of freeze-dried spinach powder
1 medium-sized lemon
1/4 teaspoon of ginger
1 glass of water
0.5 teaspoons of honey (optional)
Squeeze lemon juice, add all the ingredients to a glass of water. Stir for about 0.5 minutes. For people starting their adventure with a green smoothie, you can add a bit of honey to the sweetness, but certainly after a while you will easily reach for cocktails without additional carbohydrates.
1.5 teaspoons of lyophilized powder is 150g of fresh spinach

Kale

Ingredients for 1 serving of smoothie:
1.5 teaspoons of freeze-dried dried kale
1 lemon
1 teaspoon ground linseed
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
1 glass of water

Green Barley 

Ingredients for 1 serving of smoothie:
1.5 teaspoons of young barley powder
1 teaspoon of freeze-dried sea-buckthorn powder
1 teaspoon ground linseed
1 glass of water
