We once bought a ready-made granola in a shop and practically every one of them was too sweet for us. Besides, how can you be sure that all the ingredients are natural, without any enhancers or preservatives? For this reason, the best solution is to make granola in your own kitchen. Certainly it will be the tastiest and the healthiest! Below is a recipe for our favorite granola, which we bake if we want to taste something crunchy, sweet and healthy. Granola is often eaten with coconut or almond milk but it also works great when added to yoghurt. The absolute hit is the addition of freeze-dried fruits to the granola. Our favorite combination is blueberry, blueberry, raspberry and strawberry. The added freeze-dried fruit, in addition to its taste and health benefits, will quickly create a beautiful-looking dessert or breakfast.

Recipe for homemade granola

- gluten-free oatmeal 2 glasses.
- walnuts 1/2 glass.
- hazelnuts 1/2 glass.
- dried cranberry 1/2 glass.
- 1/2 glass honey.
- dried plums 1/2 glass.
- dried apricots 1/2 glass.
- shelled sunflower 1/4 glass.
- pumpkin seeds 1/4 glass.
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation time:
15 min + 50 min roasting and cooling

Recipe for a large jar of granola:
1. Heat the oven to 175 ° C
2. Pips, nuts and oatmeal pour into a bowl, then add honey. Stir gently until a uniformly glued mass is obtained. 3. Put the whole on a large baking tray lined with baking paper, evenly spreading. Finally, sprinkle with cinnamon. Baking time 20-30 min.
At this time, it is recommended to stir the sheet contents twice. Remove the baked granola from the oven, wait for it to cool and then crumble into smaller pieces. Our homemade granola is best presented in a glass jar.
