Chia pudding on coconut milk with freeze-dried blueberry is a very effective and simple dessert that will not take much time, but it's worth to make it in advance of planned consumption. The permeating taste of coconut milk with sweet, healthy blueberry is really brilliant. The recipe can be made with any favorite freeze-dried fruit. Chia pudding is recommended as a healthy breakfast for people on a diet, due to the low calorie content, and high fiber, which will provide a feeling of fullness.  

Pudding Chia with freeze-dried blueberries

- 100 ml of coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 30 ml of condensed coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of freeze-dried blueberry powder
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- blueberry fruits and other berries for decoration
